You always have a 14 day right of withdrawal when you shop at Witt Sport, and the right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item.

We point out that you pay the freight for your return.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Refund of the full amount only happens if:
 

• The item is returned in original condition and without being impaired *
• The item is returned in original packaging

*The product is considered to lose value if it is used in a way other than what was strictly required to determine the nature, characteristics or functionality of the product.

If the item should be assessed as impaired, you can only get part of the purchase amount refunded. The amount you get refunded depends on the commercial value of the item. When returning used goods, Witt Hvidevarer A/S reserves the right to demand compensation for impairment, which is determined by Witt Hvidevarer A/S on the basis of the resale value. A used fee can be 0-99% of the item's original selling price.

You can not regret by refusing to receive the package, or not pick up the item, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. This incurs a handling fee equal to the actual cost associated with delivery.

If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal, you place your return form, which you receive by e-mail, on the original packaging and send the item back.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you have decided whether or not to keep your purchase. Lack of packaging will mean that the sales value of the product deteriorates. If an item is returned and is damaged due to poor packaging, Witt Hvidevarer A/S is deprived of any responsibility to refund the value of the item. Make sure that the packaging is tightly closed and protected during transport to avoid loss and damage.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information is included with the package - preferably your order number.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 10 working days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase.
